Resident/Supportive Service Program Staff Management

Comprehensive staff management services including recruitment, hiring, training, monitoring, oversight, and evaluation will be provided. Joint training between management and supportive service staff would be conducted to ensure for clear understanding of housing and program policies and procedures.  Weekly meetings would be coordinated with on-site management and supportive service staff to provide opportunity for dialogue to ensure success of targeted goals, responsiveness to issues of concern and those necessitating intervention and follow-up.   Additionally, a service provider forum would be established and monthly meetings would be facilitated to ensure for the optimal coordination and maximization of services.  Furthermore, regular resident meetings would be conducted to provide an opportunity to obtain resident input and identify satisfaction with services provided.  Finally, written monthly reports would be provided to document service delivery, utilization, program impact and outcome.
